Order a pickup
What items do you accept? +

We collect scrap metals, broken appliances, electrical items, tools, automotive parts, air-conditioning units, wiring, doors, windows, and other metal-heavy items. If it’s mostly metal and safe to handle, we can likely take it.

Where do you service? +

We operate across South East Queensland, including residential, commercial, and job-site locations. If you’re unsure, send your suburb and we’ll confirm availability.

Is removal free? +

Yes, free removal applies when the load meets our minimum scrap value and safety requirements. If there’s a mixed or low-value load, we’ll quote upfront so there are no surprises.

When do you pay cash for metals? +

Cash is paid for clean, ready-to-recycle metals in larger or regular quantities (think copper, brass, aluminium, and clean steel). We confirm value and payment method before pickup.

How does pickup work? +

Submit your pickup request with photos. We confirm eligibility, organise a time window, arrive onsite, load safely, and sort materials for recycling. You get a clean space and peace of mind.

Do I need to load items myself? +

Not usually. We handle loading and basic sorting. If items are inside sheds or tight spaces, we’ll talk through safe access when booking.

What happens to the materials after collection? +

We separate metal types, remove contaminants, and send materials to approved recycling channels. Salvageable items may be restored or reused to reduce landfill impact.
